Opening the device containing expansion cards
Note
Work on the open device may only
be carried out by authorized and qualified personnel.
Within the warranty period, you may only expand the hardware with memory and expansion
cards.
The device contains electronic components that may be destroyed by ESD
You therefore need to take precautionary measures before you open the device. Please
refer to the ESD Directives on handling electrostatic-sensitive components in ESD guideline
(Page 108).
● The device is disconnected from the power supply.
● 1 T10 screwdriver
Procedure
Opening the device
Remove the marked screws.
Lift off the front panel in the
direction of
Put down the front panel.
Proceed in reverse order.
