Mounting SIMOTION D410 on the mounting plate
Overview
Using a mounting plate, SIMOTION D410 can be operated on a mounting plate, which means
it is not mounted directly to the Power Module.
Application examples:
● Offset installation using CUA31/CUA32 control unit adapter (e.g. for reducing the mounting
depth or in order to use additional interfaces on the CUA). The SIMOTION D410 is snapped
on to the mounting plate and connected to the PM340 Power Module via DRIVE-CLiQ using
CUA31/CUA32. No more than one Control Unit Adapter can be connected to the
SIMOTION D410.
● Using the SIMOTION D410 without the PM340
A SIMOTION D410 snapped on to the mounting plate is operated without the PM340 (e.g.
for hydraulic applications).
