INTRODUCTION
This section describes the way in which the circuits of the
FG 5010 operate . While reading the description , refer to the
diagrams for the unit . The reader is encouraged to become
thoroughly
familiar with this
description
, since
effective
troubleshooting is well - founded by a complete understand
ing of circuit operation .
THEORY OF
OPERATION
This circuit description is divided and arranged in an un
usual way . The reader will note that the description does not
proceed from the first schematic diagram to the last , as is
the usual approach . ( This is the way the diagrams are ar
ranged ; all circuit diagrams are grouped by board . ) Instead ,
the diagrams that depict circuits that involve main signal
