•Tollthetank,unscrewthecapatthetopofthe
tank,llthetankwithfreshwater,andinstallthe
cap(Figure26).
•Toopenthefresh-watertankspigot,turnthelever
onthespigot(Figure26).

InstalltheoptionalChemicalPre-MixKitforoptimal
mixingandexteriortankcleanliness.
Important:Wheneverpossible,donotuse
reclaimedwater(graywater)inthespraytank.
Important:Ensurethatthechemicalsyouuseare
compatiblewithViton™(seethemanufacturer's
label;itshouldindicateifitisnotcompatible).
UsingachemicalthatisnotcompatiblewithViton
willdegradetheO-ringsinthesprayer,causing
leaks.
Important:Thetank-volumemarkingsarefor
referenceonlyandcannotbeconsideredaccurate
forcalibration.
1.Stopthemachineonalevelsurface,shutoffthe
engine,removethekey,andengagetheparking
brake.
2.Determinetheamountofwaterneededtomix
theamountofchemicalyouneedasprescribed
bythechemicalmanufacturer.
3.Openthetankcoveronthespraytank.
Note:Thetankcoverislocatedatthecenter
ofthetopofthetank.Toopenit,turnthefront
halfofthecovercounterclockwiseandswingit
open.Youcanremovethestrainerunderthe
tankcoverandcleanthestrainer.
4.Assemblethellhosetothequickdisconnect
ttingoftheanti-siphonllreceptacle.
5.Add3/4oftherequiredwatertothespraytank
(Figure27).
Important:Alwaysusefresh,cleanwaterin
thespraytank.Donotpourconcentrateinto
anemptytank.

6.Starttheengine,engagetheparkingbrake,set
thespray-pumpswitchtotheONposition,and
movethethrottlelevertoHIGHIDLE.
7.SettheagitationswitchtotheONposition.

powdersinasuitablecontainerwithenough
freshwatertocreateafreeowingslurry.
Failuretodosomayresultinchemical

8.Addtheproperamountofchemicalconcentrate
tothetank,asdirectedbythechemical
manufacturer.
9.Addtheremainingwatertothetank,removethe
llhose,andclosethetankcover.
