sary, bring it up to half ful l again. Ser i-
ous coolant loss indic ates a leak in the
system. You should have it chec ked as
soon as possibl e at your Toy ota dealer.

With the vehicle fully immobilized,
reach under the vehicle and press the
button.
The door st ays open onl y while the but ton
is pres sed in.
Use the button only in an emergency.
Your vehicle i s equipped with a spare
tir e. The flat tire can be replaced with
the spare tire.
1. Reduce y our s peed gradual ly, keeping
a str aight l ine. Mov e caut iously off the
road t o a s afe place well away from
the t raffi c. Avoid stoppi ng on the center
divi der of a hi ghway. Park on a level
spot wit h firm ground.
2. Stop the engine and turn on y our
emergency f lasher s.
3. Fir mly set the park ing brak e and put
the t ransmis sion in “P” (automatic ) or
rever se (manual).
4. Have every one get out of the vehicle
on the side away from traffic.
5. Read the followi ng inst ruct ions t hor-
oughly.
