Viewing the Accounting Information
¾ At any stage of work, from the Tools menu select Accounting.
The Accounting Viewer window appears, listing information related to all the
jobs that printed successfully via the Spire CX260.
Each row in the Accounting report contains information related to a specific job.
The columns indicate the following information:
Notes:
• To see additional columns, use the horizontal scroll bar.
• You can remove all the information from the window whenever desired.

Started Process Date and time the job first started processing

Date and time the job first started printing
Printing Time Total amount of time taken printing the job
Paper Size Size of the media set for the job—for example,
Letter, A3, A4
Media Type Media type
