To copy the Spire CX260 PPD file:
1. Insert CD #3 into the CD-ROM drive and locate and select the Utilities\PC
utilities\Printer Driver\Printer driver application\Win2000_XP_2003 folder.
2. Select either the Europe-A4 or US-Letter folder.
3. Select the desired language folder.
4. Select and copy the CX260_V2.PPD file to the desktop.
To install the Adobe PostScript Driver:
1. Deliver the AdobePS Driver.exe and CX260_V2.PPD files to the desired client
workstation or customer PC.
2. On the client workstation or customer PC, copy the AdobePS Driver.exe and
CX260_V2.PPD files to the desktop.
3. Double-click the AdobePS Driver.exe file to install the Adobe PostScript Driver.
4. Follow the instructions in the Adobe PostScript Driver Installer wizard. When
the wizard requests the location of the PPD file, browse to the desktop and
locate the CX260_V2.PPD file.
Note: If you have server access, on the Spire CX260, locate the
D:\Utilities\PC Utilities\Printer Driver\Printer driver
application\Win2000_XP_2003
folder.
