SHIFTING FROM LOWER TO HIGHER
GEAR
Tread on the clutch pedal (the clutch is
disengaged); at the same time release
the accelerator pedal and shift the de-
sired higher gear. Release smoothly the
clutch pedal (the clutch is engaging) and
at the same time increase speed of the
engine.
Note: It is advisable to shift from a lower
to a higher gear with double treading on
the clutch pedal to increase service life
of the synchronisation device.
SHIFTING FROM HIGHER TO LOWER
GEAR
Tread on the clutch pedal and move the
shifting lever through neutral position to
a lower gear.
Note: It is advisable to shift from a high-
er to a lower gear with increasing of
speed of the engine in the neutral posi-
tion to increase service life of the syn-
chronisation device.
