3-8 Machine Maintenance Procedures
Battery Pack Removal 0
1. Place computer on flat surface, battery side is up.
2. Use the screwdriver to push and hold the battery release latch (A) to unlock position
(Figure 3-3). The battery pack will automatically realease from the battery bay.
3. Lift battery pack (B) from battery bay (Figure 3-3).

Follow local regulations for battery (B) disposal (Figure 3-3).

1. Silde the battery pack (B) back into the battery bay (Figure 3-3).
2. The battery realease latch (A) will automatically click back to the locked position.
