Configuring Function Settings

Operation Lock disables button operations, except for the
1P (Power) button and the button operations required to
unlock operations.
To lock operations
1.
Press bp FUNCTION, and then use the bo dial
to display the “Other” setting name.
2.
Press bp ENTER.
3.
Use the bo dial to display the “Op Lock”
setting name, and then press bp ENTER.
This displays “Sure?”
4.
To lock operations, press bp ENTER.
If you want to leave operations unlocked, long-press
bp ENTER here.
To unlock operations
1.
Press bp FUNCTION.
2.
Press bp ENTER.
3.
To exit the setting screen, press bq TONE.
You can use the procedure below to delete all data, and reset
settings and other system contents to return them to their
initial factory defaults.
To return all Digital Piano settings and data to
their initial factory defaults (Factory Reset)
This procedure also deletes user songs, user rhythms,
registration data, and recorded song data. Saving
important data to a USB flash drive (page EN-51) is
recommended before performing this procedure.
1.
Press bp FUNCTION and then use the bo dial
to display “Other”.
2.
Press bp ENTER.
3.
Use the bo dial to display “Reset”, and then
press bp ENTER.
4.
Use the bo dial to display “Factory”, and then
press bp ENTER.
This displays a delete confirmation message.
5.
Press bp ENTER.
After performing the above step, “Wait” will appear on the
display. The Digital Piano will restart automatically after
data deletion is complete.
To cancel the delete operation, long-press
bp ENTER.
To return all Digital Piano settings to their initial
factory defaults (Setting Reset)
You can use bp FUNCTION to return all Digital Piano
settings to their initial factory defaults.
In step 4 of the procedure under “To return all Digital Piano
settings and data to their initial factory defaults (Factory
Reset)” (page EN-48), select “Setting” in place of “Factory”
and then press bp ENTER.
