Set up softkey templates
Procedure
Step 1
Log on to Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration.
Step 2
Select Device > Device Settings > Softkey Template.
Step 3
To assign a softkey template to a conference station, choose Device > Phone to select the conference station.
Step 4
In the Phone Configuration window, select a softkey template from the Softkey Template drop-down list.
Enable Device Invoked Recording
Configure the Device Invoked Recording feature from Cisco Unified Communications Manager. To enable
this feature, perform the following steps.
