Connections for F-Series
X24 Laser Data Interconnection
To be connected to the X24,2 connector of the
core controller. Use the specified cable labelled
with X24 on both ends.
X66 Reserved
X68 Interlock / Process Start Interconnection
To be connected to the X29 connector of the
controller. Use the specified cable labelled with
X29 and X68 on the ends.
X69 X69 Guard door / Interlock Contacts
Shutter and laser start command, door lock.
