1.3.3 Operation Modes
The Robot system has three operation modes.
TEACH mode
This mode enables point data teaching and checking
close to the Robot using the Teach Pendant.
In this mode the Robot operates in Low power status.
AUTO mode
This mode enables automatic operation (program
execution) of the Robot system for the manufacturing
operation, and also programming, debug, adjustment, and
maintenance of the Robot system.
This mode cannot operate the Robots or run programs
with the Safety Door open.
TEST mode
This mode enables program verification while the Enable
Switch is held down and the safeguard is open.
This is a low speed program verification function (T1:
manual deceleration mode) which is defined in Safety
Standards.
This mode can operate the specified Function with multi-
task / single-task, multi-Manipulator / single-Manipulator
at low speed.
