2.4.5 Installation Procedure
When the Manipulator is Cleanroom type, unpack it outside of the clean room.
Secure the Manipulator not to fall, and then wipe off the dust on the Manipulator
with a little alcohol or distilled water on a lint-free cloth. After that, transport the
Manipulator in the cleanroom. Connect an exhaust tube to the exhaust port after
installation.
CAUTION
■
Install the
Manipulator with two or more people.
The Manipulator weigh
ts are as follows. Be careful not to get hands,
fingers, or feet caught and/or have equipment damage
d by a fall of the
Manipulator.
T3-401S: approx. 16 kg: 35 lbs.
T6-602S: approx. 22 kg: 49 lbs.
VT6-A901S*, VT6-A901C*: approx. 40 kg: 89 lbs.
VT6-A901P*: approx. 42 kg: 92 lbs.
