Trail Copy
Trails can be continued even when the range is changed to a next larger or smaller range scale.
Note, however, that when the range is changed, no trail generated for targets outside of the
previous range.
Example 1) Range scale changed from 3 nm to 6 nm
The trail starts for targets more than 3 nm.
Example 2) Range scale changed from 6 nm to 3 nm
The pixels used for echo trailing are enlarged, so the displayed trail looses fineness
slightly.
Thin Trail
Thin trail is generated for the echo level of 8 or more, and the echo size of 8 or more (bearing
direction) x 3 or more (range direction). The width of echo trail may become bigger depending
on the size and shape of the target.
