The Start Lockout condition is present until the end of the Inhib. Strt Time or as long as the counter of
the number of starts is equal to the maximum allowed starts.
2.2.2 Time Between Starts
Immediately following a start there is a start inhibit as soon as the interrupting device is opened. This
is for a period equal to the remaining time of the Time between start settings.
The Start Lockout condition (Time Betwe Start) is present until the end of the greater time delay
between the Inhibit Start Time and the Time Between Start.
