Low-pressure water system
Check the low-pressure water pressure gauges
The prefilter water-pressure gauge shows the water pressure before the water goes through the filters. The
postfilter water-pressure gauge shows the water pressure after the water goes through the filters.
The usual operating range is 2.76 bar to 7.58 bar or 275.79 kPa to 758.42 kPa (40 psi to 110 psi).
Do this task when the pump is running.
Subtract the value shown on the postfilter water pressure from the value shown on the prefilter water pressure.
Replace the filters if the difference between the values on the pre- and the postfilter water-pressure gauges is
higher than 0.69 bar or 68.95 kPa (10 psi).
Service Interval
Check the low-pressure water pressure gauges Before every work shift
Replace the water filters (page 91)
After every 1,000 hours of operation or if the difference
between the values on the pre- and the postfilter
water-pressure gauges is higher than 0.69 bar
or68.95kPa(10psi)
