u Open the cap on the expansion tank.
u Make sure that the expansion tank is filled between the “min.” and “max.” marks.
u Open the fast coupling on the flywheel housing.
u Open the bleeding connections on vent tube assembly.
u Bleed the circuit until it is bubble free.
u Close the fast coupling on the flywheel housing.
u Close the bleeding connections on vent tube assembly.
u Close the cap on the expansion tank.
u Operate the engine until the coolant temperature is above 60 °C (140 °F).
u Check coolant level on the expansion tank.
u If necessary, top up coolant.
