ADJUSTING THE HEATING SYSTEM

• The heating capacity depends on the coolant temperature
of the engine. Full heating capacity is only realised, if the
engine is completely warmed up.
You can realize maximum heating inside the cabin, if you open
all air ventilation nozzles, set the temperature rotary switch to
maximumheatingpowerwhileswitchingonthefanwithitshigh-
est level.
You may realize a comfortable temperature, if you open all air
ventilation nozzles, set the temperature rotary switch to a com-
fortable temperature and set the fan to an appropriately low air
throughput.
To cool down the temperature inside the cabin, open all air venti-
lation nozzles, set the temperature rotary switch to position
'Cold' and set the fan to its highest level.
To prevent premature tiredness due to lack of oxygen, it is rec-
ommendedtoopenthedooralittlefromtimetotimeandtolock
it in this position. Optionally, you may leave open the ventilation
grid above the side window.
