outputs are linked, the change will affect local and link out.

The response shows the priority of each output one after another. The priority number can be from 0 to 31;
0 is the highest- and 30 is the lowest priority. 31 means that the port will be skipped from the priority list.

The <prio> parameter is the Priority number from 0 to 31, equal numbers are allowed (31 means that the port
will be skipped from the priority list). An input port priority can be set on an output port. Many settings can
be executed by separating a semicolon (no space), see the example below.
