DG 408x Steam Ovens
3. Tip the appliance onto its back.
4. Use a pair of diagonal cutters to snip the lugs securing the cover to the base
(Figure 030-3). Remove the cover.

5. DG 4080: Remove the 7mm nut securing the ground wire (Figure 030-4, Item 1).
a. Disconnect the ground wire.
b. Take off the retaining clip.
c. Remove the inner 7mm retaining nut (Figure 030-4, Item 2).
d. Take off the clip and the heater assembly.
e. Disconnect all electrical connectors to the heater element.
f. Push the heater element into the oven cavity.

6. DG 4082: Cut the cable tie (Figure 030-5, Item 1).
a. Remove the nut securing the ground wire (Figure 030-5, Item 2).
b. Disconnect the ground wire.
c. Take off the retaining bracket (Figure 030-5, Item 3).
d. Disconnect the heater connections (Figure 030-5, Item 4).
e. Push the heater element into the oven cavity to remove.
