settings made by the customer, as well as
favorites and the fault memory, remain.

The descaling lock is cleared. Warning! After
service is completed, the appliance has to
be descaled.

These settings can also be changed in customer programming.

“Descaling” is only visible when the descaling lock is active. In order to activate the
descaling lock, start the descaling process, let it run for more than one minute and then
interrupt the program.
Back (without saving): Touch the Timer (Clear) pad.
Save and back: Touch the pad next to OK.
Quit: Touch the Off pad.
4.2 Service Mode
Initial requirements:
Shut off the appliance.
Accessing:
Note:
Access must be completed with 10 seconds.
1. Touch and hold the Timer pad for DG 4082, or the Clear pad for DG 4080.
2. Touch and hold the On pad.
3. Release the Timer (Clear) and On pads at the same time.
4. Touch the Timer (Clear) pad three times and hold on the third time until the
service mode appears.
Acknowledgement indicator:
The display shows the service options.
