Part III Appendix
Description of Self-Test Items 246
Check whether a network adapter exists and then check whether an SSID list can be searched.
Test failure analysis
If the program prompts that no wireless device is detected, no wireless network adapter is
identified.
If the program prompts that the wireless function test fails, no Wi-Fi hotspot is detected.
Troubleshooting suggestion
a If the program prompts that no wireless device is detected, check whether the wireless
network adapter is installed reliably and ensure that the wireless network adapter is not
disabled in Network Connection.
b If the program prompts that the wireless function test fails, check whether a Wi-Fi hotspot is
available. If so, replace the wireless network adapter.
2.19 Z0601 4G Module Communication Test
Upper-level test item
None
Test content
Test whether the operating system can identify the 4G module device.
Test failure analysis
If the test result is NaN, the 4G module device is not detected.
Troubleshooting suggestion
If the test result is NaN, check whether the 4G module driver is installed. If not, install it, restart
the equipment, and perform the test again. If the test result is still NaN, replace the 4G module. If
the problem persists, replace the main board.
2.20 Z0701 Control Panel USB Communication
Test
Upper-level test item
None
Test content
Perform read/write through the internal USB driver to test whether the USB communication
between the control panel and the main unit is normal. Read the logic and firmware version.
Test failure analysis
If the test result is Error, the drive malfunctions.
If the test result is FAIL, the communication between the control panel and the main unit is
abnormal.
Troubleshooting suggestion
a If the test result is Error, restart the equipment and re-perform the self-test. If the problem
persists, recover the equipment.
