8. Start Digital Wrench on the laptop.
9. Select the model year, product line and vehicle
description by selecting the “Change Vehicle Type”
icon.
10.Select the “Special Tests” icon. Select “ECU / Injector
/ Oil Pump Replacement”.
11. On the following screen, select “Oil Pump
Replacement”.
12.The next screen will display the current offset value at
the top. This number must match the number on the
oil pump and the ECU label. If the offset number on
the oil pump does not match what is shown on the
screen, enter the correct three digit number into the
“New Oil Pump Offset” field. Click “Continue” to
proceed.
13.After setting the correct oil pump flow offset number
in the ECU, verify the number is correct by following
steps 10 and 11.
14.Write the offset value on the ECU label for future
reference.
