21.Remove the fasteners

retaining the rear of the
clutch cover

and slide the front out of the fender.
22.Remove the drive belt, drive clutch and driven clutch.

23.Remove the coils from the wire harness

and spark
plugs

24.Clean the area around the spark plugs to prepare for
removal.
25.Remove spark plugs

from engine to aid in engine
removal.
26.Tape the holes for the spark plugs shut to prevent
debris form entering the cylinders.
27.Disconnect the PBR connectors

and Stator
connector

from the PBR.
28.Remove the fasteners

securing the PBR and
remove the PBR.
