ELECTRICAL
Instrument Gauge Power / FWD
/ Neutral Switches / RPM Signal
The instrument gauge determines engine RPM from the Y/RED AC signal from the voltag
e regulator
.
The gauge is powered by switched R/BLK
and switched R/WHT battery voltage. Both the key and the RUN switches have to be
closed to power-up the gauge.
The gear selector switch provides a ground path fo
r the FWD (BLU/RED) or neutr
al (GRN/WHT) circuits.
