Troubles Management
Click the Trouble icon in the Top Bar of the RISCO Cloud to open a list of all
the Troubles that exist in the system, as show in the example below.
Note: The Trouble icon will appear only when there are Trouble messages.

Communication troubles
The communication Troubles are applicable to the following connections:
• RisControl to RISCO Cloud
• RisControl to Security Panel
• Security Panel to RISCO Cloud
