2. Reconnect all cables to the motor drive (refer to the labels previously placed on the
cables).
3. Restore power to the section of the QSHT transport system where the motor drive was
replaced.
4. If the drive being replaced is a QSHT 5700 inverter:
A. Update the MICS file (see Ethernet Motor MICS File on page 89) with the new
MAC address and static IPv4 address of the inverter.
B. Upload the MICS file to all node controllers (see the Node Controller Interface
User Manual, MMI-UM001).
C. Cycle logic power to the motors to force the motors to request their network
provisioning.
5. Program the masters and slaves on the new motor drive with the current Motor ERF
Image files (see Programming Motors on page 306).
6. Resume motion on the section of the QSHT transport system where the motor drive
was replaced.
