Detailed Settings for Various Functions (Utility Screen)
Each Zone has the following parameters.
Press the [F1 (ZONE)] button to switch between Zones.

Switch
OFF, ON Turns this ZONE’s EQ on/off.
Gain -12–+12 dB Adjusts the gain.
Frequency 16–16000 Hz Adjusts the center frequency.
Q 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, 8.0
Adjusts the bandwidth.
Higher values will narrow the
frequency range.
Key Range A0–C8 Sets the key range of this ZONE.
Keyboard Touch Settings

Adjusts the touch sensitivity of the
keyboard by changing the way in
which the sound responds to your
keyboard playing dynamics.
SUPER LIGHT is the lightest setting,
and SUPER HEAVY is the heaviest.
* This setting will change
automatically Offset setting
described below.
Key Touch
Offset

Adjusts the touch sensitivity of the
keyboard with greater precision
than the Key Touch setting.
The touch sensitivity becomes
heavier as the value increases.
* When this parameter is set to a
value that exceeds the upper or
lower limit, the setting for Key
Touch (one of five possible
values) is automatically
changed to accommodate the
value you’ve specified.
Velocity REAL, 1–127
Specifies that notes will sound at a
fixed volume regardless of the
strength (velocity) with which you
play the keyboard.
If you want the volume to change
in response to your keyboard
playing dynamics, choose the REAL
setting.
Velocity Delay
Sens
-63–+63
Specifies the time from the instant
you play a key until sound is heard.
With negative (-) values, the note
will be delayed longer if you play
more strongly. With positive (+)
values, the note will be delayed
longer if you play more softly.
Velocity Key
Follow Sens
-63–+63
Specifies how the keyboard touch
will vary as you play in different
regions of the keyboard.
With higher values, higher regions
of the keyboard will feel heavier
and lower regions will feel lighter.
Piano Emotion 0–127
Increasing this value will produce
an de-emphasized sense of attack
when you play staccato.
