INTAKE CAMSHAFT
The intake camshaft for DF100 was specially designed.
The cam height of the intake comshaft is different from DF115.
Cam height
Standard:
IN 38.120 – 38.280 mm (1.5008 – 1.5071 in)
Service limit:
IN 38.020 mm (1.4969 in)
Camshaft identification
The camshaft is distinguished by the mark at the top end of
shaft.
On the intake camshaft for DF100, the mark “1” and two drill
holes are provided in the position as illustrated, while DF90
camshaft bears the mark “1” only.
DF100, DF115, DF140 and DF90 camshafts differ as shown
below.
