Directive 1999/5/EC.
Theft deterrent light
(if equipped)
54P000211
This light will blink with the ignition switch
in “LOCK” or “ACC” position, or the ignition
mode “LOCK” (OFF) or “ACC”. The blink-
ing light is intended to deter theft by lead-
ing others to believe that the vehicle is
equipped with a security system.
NOTE:
For the theft deterrent alarm system of
European countries, Mexico and South
Africa models, refer to “For European
countries, Mexico and South Africa” in
“SUPPLEMENT” section.
