Overview. Use this dialog box to save the limit test template to a specified file.
To use.

To save to a file, enter a Name or use the default file name. The file extension specified in the Save as type list will
automatically be appended to the file name.
Behavior. This dialog box opens when you select File from the Limit Test Setup control window. The default file type is a
waveform (.WFM).
The default folder is C:\Users\[Username]\Tektronix\TekScope\waveforms.
NOTE. Any characters that you enter in the file name box become part of the file name. The instrument does not use any user-
defined file extensions.

From the Mask menu, select Limit Test Setup; then open the Failure Notification tab.
