Hot Desking
A primary motivation for hot desking is cost reduction. Hot desking is regularly used in places where not all employ-
ees are in the office at the same time, or not in the office for a long time, which means actual personal offices would
often be vacant, consuming valuable space and resources.
Hot desking allows the user to clear pre-registration configurations of all accounts on the phone.
To use this feature, you need to assign a Hot Desking key. You can also specify which registration configurations
are available for the users. It is not applicable to CP920 phones.
