Installation
1. Installation is the reverse of the removal
procedure except for the following:
2. Renew discarded zip ties.
Top Cover [22MY Onwards]
CAUTION: Always perform the High Voltage
Discharging procedure prior to servicing any
High Voltage component or connection. Proper
procedures must be followed! To protect
electrical components, perform the following
tasks in the order given. Do not deviate from the
repair procedure processes.
NOTICE: Before carrying out any work on the
electrical system, remove the key from the key
switch.
Removal
1. Remove 6kW charger. See 6KW Charger
[22MY Onwards], page 25.14.
2. Remove rear cover. See Rear Cover [22MY
Onwards], page 20.32.
3. Remove BMU. See Battery Management Unit
(BMU) [22MY Onwards], page 20.14.
4. Remove bolts (x4) securing inner top cover.
5. Remove inner top cover.
Note: This will allow the release of the captive
charge inlet harness.
