Permitted for zone 1 and 2 (flameproof enclosure) | Zone 0, 1 and
2 (intrinsic safety).
The ‘E4’ coding combines the following types of protection:
‘Intrinsic safety’ (TTF300-E1) and ‘Flameproof (enclosure)’
(TTF300-E3).
Devices with several types of protection may only be operated in
one of the possible types of protection. For this purpose,
observe the ‘Product Identification’ chapter in the operating or
commissioning instruction before commissioning.
