4 Assembly of Tension pulley assy
1. Align the positioning hole of tension pulley sub assy with the boss of tension pulley holder B assy, and
set the tension pulley sub assy to the tension pulley holder B assy, and tighten the screw (screw, pan
(S/P washer) M4X8) temporarily.
*Key point
• Fully tighten the screw after performing “4 - 5 Timing belt tension”.
2. Set the M tension pulley stopper to the tension pulley holder B assy, and tighten the screw (screw, pan
(S/P washer) M4X8) temporarily.
*Key point
• Fully tighten the screw after performing “4 - 6 Motor belt tension”.
3. Set the spring (XF3404) to the boss of motor tension pulley assy, and insert them into the shaft of
tension pulley holder B assy, and secure them with the retaining ring E3. And hang the hook of spring
on the one of five notches on the tension pulley holder B assy.
