2 Assembly of Pattern selecting unit assy
1. Set the feed adjusting screw to the feed regulator plate B, and tighten the nut 4 temporarily.
*Key point
• Fully tighten the screw after performing “4 - 22 Left and right stitch of buttonhole stitch length”.
2. Set the feed regulator plate A assy to the pattern selecting unit assy.
*Key point
• Confirm that inset the pin of feed regulator plate A assy to the groove on gear of pattern selecting unit assy,
and insert the shaft A of pattern selecting unit assy into the positioning hole A of feed regulator plate A assy.
3. Set the feed regulator plate B to the pattern selecting unit assy.
*Key point
• Confirm that insert the shaft A of pattern selecting unit assy into the positioning hole of feed regulator plate B,
and align the feed adjusting screw with the positioning hole B on feed regulator plate A assy.
4. Attach the retaining ring E5 to the shaft B of pattern selecting unit assy, and set the washer plain M4 to
the shaft A, and attach the retaining ring E3 to the shaft A.
5. Attach the reverse sewing button to the feed regulator plate B.
