2 Assembly of Rear cover assy
1. Set the thread guide assy to the rear cover, and tighten the screw (taptite, cup P M4X20) temporarily.
*Key point
• Fully tighten the screw after performing “4 - 25 Bobbin winder”.
2. Set the bobbin presser to the boss of rear cover, and tighten the screw (taptite, pan P (S/P W) 3X12)
temporarily.
*Key point
• Place the bobbin presser with the smaller end facing the rear.
• Fully tighten the screw after performing “4 - 25 Bobbin winder”.
3. Attach the spool pin stand to the rear cover.
4. Set the spool pin spring to the positioning groove of rear cover.
5. Insert the spool pin into the positioning hole of the rear cover while pulling the spool pin spring.
