Gas Supply
The supply gas (O2 or Air) is cleaned through filter 1 and
reduced to a constant pressure with pressure regulator
2. The 3/2-way magnetic valve 3 "Insp./Exp." opens
inspiratory flow in the rhythm of the set ventilator rate.
The electrically operated flow valve 10 controls the flow.
Supply gas is also routed via 3/2-way valve 4
»CMV /A/C / SIMV/CPAP« to demand valve 6. System
pressure is supplied at »PEEP« valve 8 via magnetic
valve 7 and is monitored by pressure sensor 9.
