Cleaning the Conveyance Rollers
IMPORTANT
Do not put your hands or fi ngers in the feeding part when cleaning the
conveyance rollers. Your hands or fi ngers may be caught and injured.
Do not wipe the rollers with anything other than
that specifi ed above.
Use of anything else may result in mechanical
malfunction.
WARNING
As the DC-618 processes digital color outputs, toner on the documents may adhere to the
surface of the
conveyance rollers
of the DC-618.
Accumulation of toner may affect the performance of the DC-618. In this case, clean the
conveyance rollers
according to the following procedures.

Every time the
top cover
is opened/closed, the
belt
and the
rollers
turn.
Wipe off the debris on the toner and the rollers with
a soft cloth that is moistened with water and is tightly
wrung.
Touching the
return icon
returns to the
standby
screen.
Make sure that the
standby
screen is displayed on
the
touch panel
.
Touch the
other functions
icon.
