When programming a JOB in
Wizard
:
Message Status and Solution
Number of slits exceeds the
number of slitters usable.
Status: Seven or more slits are entered.
Solution: Reduce the number of cards in a width direction.
Delete values for gutter slits.
No slit within 3.2mm from the
edge
Change the slitter position.
Status: The slit position is within 3.2 mm from the document
edge.
Solution: Re-enter values for slit positions.
The side margin L will be output
on the exit tray.
Status: The left margin exceeds the limit (3.2 to 55.0 mm)
that a gutter can be dropped.
Solution: Re-enter a value for the left margin position.
If you do not change the position, the right margin
will not be dropped in the waste box and will be
ejected to the exit tray.
The side margin R will be output
on the exit tray.
Status: The right margin exceeds the limit (3.2 to 55.0 mm)
that a gutter can be dropped.
Solution: Re-enter a value for the right margin position.
If you do not change the position, the right margin
will not be dropped in the waste box and will be
ejected to the exit tray.
Cannot position specifi ed number
of cards crosswise
Status: The number of the fi nished products in a width
direction exceeds the limit.
The number of the card that can be entered is
displayed.
Solution: Re-enter values within the displayed number of
the cards that can be entered.
The gutter slit wastes come out
on the stacker.
Status: The gutter slit exceeds the limit (5.0 to 15.0 mm)
that a gutter can be dropped.
Solution: Re-enter values for gutter slits within the limit.
Number of cuts exceeds the spec. Status: The number of cuts exceeds 30.
Solution: Re-enter the number of cards in a length direction.
The bottom margin length is
outside spec
Status: A cut position is set within 5.0 mm from the trail edge
of the document.
Solution: Re-enter values for cut positions so that it is
outside of 5.0 mm from the trail edge of the
document.
The last cut is within 60mm from
the trail edge. The last card
cannot be fi nished and sent to the
waste box.
Status: The last cut is within 60.0 mm from the trail edge.
Solution: Re-enter a value for the fi nished product.
