TestingtheModem
UsetheModemTesttotesttheinternalandtheexternalmodem.
1.Connectthedevicetoanactiveanalogphoneline.
Ensurethatthephonelineisactive.Ifyouconnecttoaninactivephoneline,
thetestresultmaybeafalsenegative.
2.OpentheDiagnosticTestswindowasdescribedin“AccessingtheSystem
DiagnosticsFunction”onpage33.
3.SelectModemTest.
