Enabling the TCM
Step 1 Access the BIOS. For details, see 4.6.8 Configuring the BIOS.
Step 2 Select Security.
Step 3 Select Trusted Platform Support and press Enter.
Step 4 Select Yes.
Step 5 Select TCM Enabled&Activated and press Enter.
Step 6 Select Yes.
Step 7 Press F10.
The Exit Saving changes? dialog box is displayed.
Step 8 Select Yes and press Enter.
Step 9 The server automatically restarts for the TCM settings to take effect.

5.15 Flexible NIC
To install the flexible NIC, perform the following steps:
Step 1 Wear an ESD wrist strap. For details, see 12 Preventing Electrostatic Discharge.
Step 2 Power off the server. For details, see 3.2 Powering Off the Server.
Step 3 Remove the power cables. For details, see 3.7 Removing Cables from a PSU.
Step 4 Remove the server. For details, see 3.3 Removing the Server and Guide Rails.
Step 5 Remove the chassis cover. For details, see 3.4 Removing the Chassis Cover.
Step 6 Remove the drive module (see Figure 5-57) or riser card module (see 3.12 Removing a Riser
Card Tray) above the NIC.
