2.6 Touch screen not responding
When you operate the touchscreen, please keep your hands and touch screen clean and dry,
otherwise it will cause the touch screen have no response.
If the phone is charging, touch screen may be affected by the charge current, lead to a
abnormal response. Try to use a original standard charger. If touch screen still have no
responding with standard charger, please stop charging first, then check if the touch screen
have responds?
If touch screen stops responding when you run individual third-party application, it may be
caused by third-party application not compatible with mobile phones. Please uninstall this
application or restore to factory settings after back up important data. If in different
operations, the same position appears unresponse, it is may be caused by system-driver
exception, touch screen failure or other adverse. Please bring the purchase invoice to service
center for inspection.
HUAWEI will release the latest software version on the official website. Please go to the
official website to download the latest version according to your mobile phone model; or
update through onlineUpdaterapplication to get better experience.
2.7 The screen turns off when using some third-party apps
The app may be incompatible with the phone, please uninstall the app, or restore to factory
settings after backing up important data.
Running several apps at once may cause the screen to turn off. Close the background apps
that you do not need: go to Settings, select Manage apps and select the apps that you wish
to close. Then select Stop to close the app according to the on-screen prompts.
If your phone features Phone Manager, you can use it to close apps: open Phone Manager,
select Phone accelerator and close all background apps in one.
2.8 The screen turns off during calls
This is entirely normal. When the phone is close to your head, the proximity light sensor near
the receiver is covered, which turns the screen off automatically to prevent misoperations.
When you move the phone away from your head, the screen will turn on automatically.
In order to ensure that the phone functions properly, please do not use a phone cover or
other object to cover the screen position near the receiver. When attaching a screen
