7.8 Is rear camera a back illuminated or stacked camera?

7.9 How do I mute the camera?
Enter the camera interface, click , and then click on the "Settings", turn on the
"Mute" switch. When the phone is set to silent or vibrate mode, camera automatically
silent, no require manual settings.
7.10 How do I store photos and videos to the micro SD card by default?
Enter the camera viewfinder mode and select . Select Settings and set
the Preferred save location to SD card.
7.11 The flash light can’t be used.
1. Set the flash mode to mandatory . The flash will always be turned on when you are
taking a photo or shooting a video.
2. If the flash mode is set to auto , the camera will turn on or off the flash based on
the ambient light. If you want to turn on the flash in a bright environment, please
select mandatory flash mode.
3. Check that your phone is not charging. Otherwise, the flash cannot be used.
4. Check that your phone is full charged. To extend the use time of mobile phone,
when the battery power is low, the system will automatically disable the use of flash. To
ensure the normal use of the mobile phone, please charge the phone.
5.The flash may not turn on if your phone is overheated or the flash is too frequently
used. Wait for a while and try again.
6. If the problems still persists, contact Huawei technical support or take your phone to
an authorized Huawei service center.
7.12 Why can't I open some photos or videos on my phone?
1. The phone does not support the file format.
