If the problem persists, reboot the mobile phone or restore the mobile phone to
factory settings after backing up important data.

service center for inspection.
Huawei will release the latest software version on the official website. Go to the official
website to download the software according to your model type; or update software
verion via online upgrade method, to get a better user experience.
9.4 How to turn off the screen-off function in call.
Your phone does not have this setting.
9.5 How to delete the call logs?
Go to the dialer interface, open the options menu and select “Delete call log”. Select
the call log that you wish to delete and select “Delete”
9.6 The call ringtone automatically reverts to the default ringtone.
If the ringtone you preset is not a preloaded ringtone, check whether the ringtone file
was moved or deleted. Please reset the ringtone.
If the phone supports an external microSD card and the preset ringtone is saved on
the microSD card, the call ringtone will be restored to the default ringtone after the
phone is connected to a computer and USB mode is activated. You can also move the
ringtone file to the internal storage and then reset the ringtone.
If the phone supports an external microSD card and the preset ringtone is saved on
the microSD card, please check whether the microSD card was unmounted. Please
remount the microSD card and reset the ringtone settings.
If the problem persists, please contact Huawei customer service or take your phone
and purchase invoice to a service center for inspection.
