11.4 How to restore factory settings?
To restore factory settings, please backup the important data stored in your phone, such as
contacts, messages, system settings, and installed applications, and then follow the steps
below:
To enter the settings interface, click "Backup & reset > Factory data reset > Reset phone >
Delete all", the phone will automatically restart and successfully restore the factory settings.
