9.24 Can not make or receive calls?
Please check Successively:
Phone signal is normal or not
Phone is turned on flight mode or not
SIM card arrears or not
If the above test results were not the problem, restart the phone and try again
If the problem persists, please contact customer service or bring purchase invoice to
service center for inspection.
9.25 Can not hear the other side sounds in call?
Other phone may temporarily no signal, or may be on mute. Proposal hang up the
phone to redial.

9.26 How to prohibit the phone to dial international phone ban?
Go to “Dialer > menu > Call settings”choose Network operators, click on “Call
barring”,uncheck ”International outgoing calls”, according to prompts on screen,
input Call-barring-number, then click on “OK”.
9.27 How to back to the call interface?
Drop down the status bar, open notifications tab page, click on this call task to back to
the call interface.
