4.1 How to uninstall the preinstalled applications of mobile phone?
On main screen, long press the app that needs to be uninstalled, and then drag it into the
trash bin to uninstall this app according to the on-screen prompts.
The preinstalled system apps can not be uninstalled.
if you want to uninstall the apps customized by Operator, please contact the Operator to
confirm how to uninstall.
4.2 App installation failed
Mobile phone only supports the third-party app in APK format, please check whether the
third-party app format is correct.
If the app is not downloaded from the Play store, it needs to set to trust this program source
in order to install properly. Enter into the "Settings" , click "Security", open the "unknown
sources" switch, and then reinstall this app.
The third-party apps may not be compatible with this mobile phone, so it can not be
successfully installed, please try to download other similar apps.
4.3 How to install or move the app to the micro SD card?
Whether the application can be installed and moved to the microSD card, it is determined by
the application itself: application may have internal only, auto, prefer External installation
properties. If the application installation property is internal only or auto, it will be installed
to the internal storage by default; else if its installation property is prefer External, it will be
installed to external microSD card by default.
If the application whose installation property is prefer External or auto has been already
installed into the internal storage, you can go to settings > manage apps > All, click this
application, moving to the microSD card.
