Check if the microSD can be readed by card reader or in the other phone.
SD card data format is not compatible with the phone, this mobile phone only support
FAT/FAT32 format. it is recommended to format the SD card on other mobile phones or
computers to try again.
If you tried the above methods, but it still can not be read, it is recommended to back up the
important data and reset to the factory settings or contact service center.
10.6 Remove the microSD card causes loss of data
The lost data cannot be recovered.
If the microSD card has been inserted into the phone, please be sure to remove the microSD
card after turn off the phone, otherwise it may lead to data loss on the microSD card.
10.7 Can it recover the deleted files?
Cannot recover. Please be careful when deleting files.
10.8 How to change the location of the file storage?
The default storage location of the phone is internal storage, when the phone is inserted into
the microSD card, you can change the location of the file storage.
Enter the settings screen, click "Storage", in the default memory area, click "SD card".
